We achieve this by creating a welcoming environment for immediate needs and addressing root causes through holistic care, fostering hope, and advocating for systemic change, ensuring no one is left behind.
What We Do
We work beside our residents to help guide them with things they need to be successful. Giving the love and support they need to know that they are not alone. Also helping with second chance programs that help with education and preparing them to get back into the workforce. With shared living, it gives the opportunity to rebuild character, friendship and a relationship to entering society.

We offer private and shared rooms.
​Each room is thoughtfully provided and designed with quality furniture, comfortable bedding, and personal storage. All living spaces are set up to ensure comfort, so that all residents feel at home, which includes washer & dryer at hand.
​Our independent shared living features a secure entry door lock along with 24/7 security camera monitoring for added peace of mind which includes all round home parameter and inside all common areas for the safety of all individuals, excluded privacy areas.

Together we will ensure that all common areas and private spaces is kept clean and maintained.

We handle everything when it comes to utilities high speed wifiielectricity etc. to take the ease off the residents to ensure a easier stabilizing life.

Joyful Journeys Safe Haven serve independent veterans, seniors, unhoused individuals, aged out foster care and re-entry citizens with verifiable income seeking safety and independence.
We have a strict drugs, alcohol, weapon and violence free program. This is to ensure a respectful and safe environment.
We have regular routine wellness checks for our residents to ensure of their safety and lively hood. Also monthly home visits to ensure, the safety and cleanliness, inside and outside.

We have secure codes that each resident shall possess to have entry to the homes.

There are curfews with a understanding of work hours.

24/7 Security monitoring system

No smoking inside homes. There are smoking designated areas out back with proper disposal can.

Pricing & Payments
Joyful Journeys Safe Haven housing with affordable rates. Please note that there is a non-refundable Community Fee required for all new residents, and final pricing varies based on income room type and availability. We accept SSI/SSDI/VA and private pay, making our housing accessible to individuals with verifiable income seeking stability and independence.

Requirements
To ensure a safe and supportive community, residents must have stable verifiable income through SSI, SSDI, or employment, be able to live independently, and commit to maintaining a drug-free, alcohol-free, violence-free, and respectful living environment.

Recovery Programs
​Our programs is designed to guide individuals towards a life of offering a safe environment for personal growth, peer connections, and skill development. Our Housing is a Independent living program. Joyful Journeys Safe Haven L.L.C is not a ADL (assistant of daily living) program. We do not offer personal care in our homes. At any means if you are needing any personal care it will have to be with a outside provider.
